Grabbed Nintendo.eu.com and thinking about asking nintendo or a reseller for drop shipment.

Any ideas on the value of the domain either developped or undevelopped?

You have a big TM issue.
If you were to use it I would not be surprised to see Nintendo's lawyers send you a letter.

Not to start an argument here but Nintendo actually doesn't get into TM issues. They have actually supported other domains with "Nintendo" in it if it is used for their product.

Some companies actually like it when people sell their product.

Apart from all this, i wrote an email to Nintendo UK and got a reply that for the UK departement this isn't any problem as long as i use to sell their product and ONLY their product. They are waiting for approval from another departement though but i hounestly don't see any problem.

Now again, appraise please.

Even still, you're working with a subdomain, which aren't particularly valuable. TM issues aside, I still don't see any value in this name as subdomains have little SEO potential, which is key for development.

-Hold onto that email.

"They are waiting for approval from another departement though but i hounestly don't see any problem."

-Please cut and paste this link for an indication of how they solve domain issue problems.

I red the article, it doesn't state in wich way the domains where used. If the domains are used against Nintendo's policy offcourse they would file a law suit. GoNintendo.com for example has been running a long time WITH the help of Nintendo itself.
It might as well be that those domains where not used to sell or promote Nintendo products.

Potential TM issues as others have said.. a very fine line would have to be tread IMO. You'd certainly want to avoid irking Nintendo in any way, plus I think most would shy away from it due to the potential for TM infringement.
