What's up with Pool?

I backordered a name recently with snap, enom, and pool, then noticed it was on pools hotlist - clearly I expected it to be picked up by pool. no word from them yet! no email, name isnt showing up under my auctions and it doesnt even show up in any of their searches. Ive never actually gotten a name with pool before - any pool users out there?

Pool is VERY weird. They only catch 0.1% of the domains that I backorder, where 99% were caught by snapnames, and the residue for the other grabbers.
