A quick Google returned this - http://pc-soft.ru/static/datalife.html. It's a Russian CMS.

You need to remove that link from your post. NP doesn't tolerate warez sites and definitely doesn't want to provide them with a link-back.

CMS is Content Management System

The most popular CMS's around right now are:
Joomla - www.joomla.org
Mambo - www.mamboserver.com
Drupal - www.drupal.org
Xoops - www.xoops.org

and a few others I've probably forgotten.

I don't use a CMS but from what I've heard, Joomla and Mambo are the best. If you're just starting out, try one of those.

If your host gives you Fantastico in your CPanel, you can install any of those four CMS's from there very easily with a few clicks. If not, you can find install instructions and downloads from the above websites.
