What's the deal with MyDomain.com & .cn names?

I have found a few .cn names available when searching on MyDomain.com, but when I try to register them, I always get the following error message:

"Your order could not complete for the following reason:

If you have any questions about this order, please contact our customer support. Please mention the following order code: session ID: ODR-XXXXXX
Click the "continue" button to review your order and resubmit it."

It doesn't mention why the order failed as you can see in the 1st line it's left blank.

When I went to GoDaddy to check if those names are available, it says they're all taken. Is there something wrong with MyDomain search of available .cn names? Anyone else have these issues with them?

Also, when I emailed them as to why it didn't go through, I got a stupid answer saying that the order .cn registry didn't go through

It sounds to me like there is something wrong with their domain search returning accurate results. You're getting the error because the domain is already registered. Time to find a new registrar.

.cn seems to have many problems ...

I've never even considered registering one - But see many errors on other sites as well.
On domainsite - you can type in random letters many times and see the .cn as "taken".

I was wondering why those names that I found wasn't taken, but it looks like it was. I wish those names that showed up as "available" were really available as they would be worth a bit of money!
