What's the deal with LLL.ca?

How are LLL.ca market right now? I actually never seen anyone trying to sell LLL.ca in this forum or any forum? Is there a good reason why people are avoiding this extension? In addition, are the renewal fees expensive for this extension?

There have been some LLL.ca's on here for sale
but there are alot of restrictions on them

Renewals run from about 9.95 (cdn) and up

I've been trying to sell my lone .ca domain (GuG.ca, if you want to know), and the offers have been pretty ridiculous for a name that would fetch even low xxx in the .in extension (I've been offered $5, $7, $10, and $12 for it)

So LLL.ca names aren't exactly your best bet for quick resale...

Actually I have seen a few LLL .ca sell for a bit more than 1K. There are still available LLL but the decent combos are taken. There are still a few good ones showing up on the TBR here and there. IMO these are long-term holds...

No success with any LLL.ca's sold two LL.ca's awhile ago. But the market just isn't there.. yet. As there are so many non-premium LLL's available it's hard to put evaluations on them, and yes I tried to get a LLL.ca from someone and the negotiation was futile.

Right now all my LLL.ca's are developed, some lightly.. others information sites. I'd rather see these names developed than sit parked.
