The domain expired a few days ago with some small registrar
What's the best chance to buy it?

backorder it everywhere there is no one best place

check also to see if the registrar holds auctions or offers backordering AND even if they do and you backorder it with them still backorder it everywhere, many make the mistake thinking that if you backorder a name at a registrar that currently holds the name they are guaranteed to catch it, that is not true and in turn people lose out on names.
