What's the best UNVERIFIED PayPal .. registrar?

I am looking for a registrar that accepts unverified paypal accounts ( no credit card ) i really like godaddy BUT they don't accept unverified ones.. Anyone know any?

I know, I heard that namecheap can be unverified BUT when I go add funds, it leads me to a page on paypal where I need a credit card to pay.. and I don't have one.. =\

I don't know what you're talking about, but NameCheap allows unverified PayPal accounts...

are you guys meaning with out a bank account? too
cuz thats all i have is a bank account hooked up and i buy from them all the time

If you want to sign up for a directi account under me I can arrange to let you fund it with an unverified paypal, but you have to do it in chuncks not a domain purchase at a time.

Why don't you do then a bank account, just go in a bank anc create one !

OK - just went to DomainSite initiated a couple transfers to them and payed with PayPal unverified account.
No problem. $6.99 each.
Got my transaction confirmation email from DomainSite and from PayPal.

You have to have funds in your actual account if you dont want to be verified. The reason why it sends you to the credit card payment page is because you have insufficient balance actually in the account.

Namepros allows you to use paypal

by unvertified you mean that it does not have bank account and and cc right?. They accepted my purchase of adsense-nonsense.com with a paypal account with only cc

I don't really count that as unvertified.

And the topic started was looking to pay with PayPal only.
