I'm curious if you've been having issues with afternic? After getting no responses to my support inquiries, I started looking around their site and noticed:
Had it been another site, I'd think they had gone out of business. The site seems to work fine, but not getting support responses and seeing outdated links/content is a bit concerning, IMHO.
- They still have Google+ listed throughout their Website. Google+ went out of business more than a year ago. When you click on the link (from any of their pages) it goes to a Page Not Found error.
- Their Facebook page (which they link to from all their pages) hasn't been updated since 2014. People are still posting questions/inquiries there that go unanswered.
- When you send an inquiry you get a window to visit them on these outdated Google+, Facebook, etc. pages.
