Try this one out. Its free and good one. Will not submit all at once but will atleast be faster then before as it can store the sites which are submitted and which are to be submitted.

Is submission really worth the hassle anymore?

No. But for people who would like to have a good sleep after submitting their sites it is still worth it.

Hi,

Why do you say this? Is it not so important anymore?

Search engines find sites through their backlinks. If you have good enough backlinks in place to rank well, then they'll find you, so submission isn't necessary. If you don't have good enough backlinks in place to rank well, then submission won't change that. Either way, submission is a waste of time. Spend that time getting backlinks instead.

So what am I missing with this statement? You say that search engines find sites through backlinks. That's true, I'll go with that. But there has to be some initial step to get those backlinks that search engines rely upon. There's plenty of ways to do that. You can wait for links to come naturally to your site, but if you have a new site, the links won't come. There has to be some type of effort made by the webmaster to get that website seen so people can link to it.

That's why you submit to directories. Especially high quality directories that are regularly indexed by the SEs. Directory submissions should just be a small portion of the overall link development strategy, however.

Anyway, I guess I'm just trying to say that I disagree with those people that say directory submissions are not worthwhile. Quality, strategic directory submissions are very much worthwhile and can be very beneficial for a brand new site or a site with very few backlinks already in place. That's my 2 cents anyway.
