Lots of options out there for a IP site, of course. This one does seem over-valued, and I'll feel better about it once we see something in dnjournal about the sale being over and legit (If it's already there, I missed it).

Let's not forget that the transaction is not finished yet I doubt. If the money goes through and this is on the dnjournl next week I will eat my computer!

There is no way on earth that this domain name is worth that much even with traffic. There is no proved income, no idea of the quality of traffic and a domain name that on it's own I would have appraised at $xxx.

For example, a forum like this must get a fair amount of traffic and make income - but I would suspect that being offered 386k would blow their socks off?!
