The problem I see is that in my opinion there is not much people willing to build a site exclusively about "what are migranies" so I think the possible little people that could be willing to do it would see a higher amount discouraging, but just my opinion, you could contact people in the subject to offer the domain and ask a higher amount if you want to test and see what happen, maybe you are lucky, who knows

Google is telling me that there are 1,220,000 monthly global searches for this key phrase, seems you could tie in some kind of money making ideas into a blog ?

For the keyword phrase there are about 500 global monthy searches. In the adword tool click "exact" or "phrase" in the left menu

So an idea would be to build an static HTML site and give all the information about migranies. But make it only if you really like the idea, if not don't bother
