First welcome to forums. I would suggest you to read some guidelines in domain newbie section. There is a lot of info and articles for us - starters. For domain I don't see how pizza and subs relate? In most cases if you register domain with more keywords they need to relate. Like this BuyPizza, PlayGames ,.... so this domain is worth 0$ without development. I don't even know how to read this domain as PizzanSubs or Pizza n' Subs. Good luck.
