Currently very low xx - reg fee +. Not bad but still many TLDs available. Good potential for development.

I disagree. I believe that this name, although quite a common type name, could be sold to a certain buyer if he/she has the right idea for it. That would be a great name for a turnkey site, buy a package on ebay for 10 bucks, upload it. Advertise it for a week, and resell the site on ebay, and make like 50 bucks profit. Its a great name if you want to make small change fast. Otherwise without development, I would still give it low $xx. But with some development, who knows!?
-The .info ext deff kills quite a bit though.

I like this name. The extension is very suitable for a relevant site. It needs some development and as kleszcz said above, it has good potential.
