What would this cost to develop ???

Hi, I realise this is going to be a very tough question but I was just wondering what sort of price it would be to develope something "similar" in style to this website ??

It would need maybe 3 or 4 different page content (text) layouts + a contact page form and a top drop down menu that could be easily added to. Search facility on the right would need to be plummed in to produce hotel search results in the content of a new page (using an affiliate like booking.com for hotels and maybe flights. Also space at the right for advertising banners.

Any ideas, I really have'nt got a clue about the cost of developing but I am curious, is there anyone here that can produce sites of this quality ? ( I could probably handle most of the graphic work but not the coding/building)

Its depend if you want in php it can cost you 300$-500$

U like to develop in Java is really costly compare to PHP and .net.
