What type of hosting is required for that?

well so far i found out, that you need flash media server running..

eNom has a service that lets you register a .tv domain and setup a type of webcast at it. I think it's less than $30 a month. You might want to verify that yourself, though.

These sites can get extremely expensive to run, due to the massive amounts of bandwith they suck up. Just plan ahead....
