I was over at ustream.tv just a minute ago and saw what it appears to be a .tv tag button for you to put on your website to forward people to your ustream.tv profile. Now these are the same guys that power Justin.tv and are really the leading web company for live streaming video. Pretty neat I must say, I wonder what this will do for the extension? Ustream.tv .tv tag
