What should I do I have labtec.org

I really dont know how i bought this domain, when i bought it i was thinking that this could be good domain for some researchers, like laboratory Lab and tec was good follow. But then i realized that www.labtec.com is a company. So what should i do? I mean i cant just delete domain or something? can is ell it to someone?

Generally, it makes sense to check whether names are already in use before purchasing other extensions. You have the name now, so either (1) just let it expire, or (2) wait for Labtec.com to demand it. At that point you can decide whether you want to fight it or not, but it sounds like you've already made up your mind.

Not much chance from what I've seen. Deleting a name is easy.

I would delete it. The advice to sell it probably isn't very good advice. Just passing along a legal problem to someone else and then they might have some recourse against you. Not sure, but trademarked names are never a good idea.

There is only 1 TM registered at USPTO. It's for computers, cameras, audio stuff like headphones. There is also 1 TM for Tec Labs for pharmaceuticals pertaining to skin treatments.

So. I wouldn't drop it. I'd keep it and do whatever you want with it, but just be sure that you don't have those industries on your parked or developed website.

There are plenty of other uses for the term labtec, ie Laboratory Technicians. So he better change his parked page fast.
