I just got the domain:
Vacate.com

It has 365,000 Google Hits and 68 Overture Hits.
I don't know if I should sell it, or if I should try to develop it first.
And if I were to develop it, what could I make from it.

Go buy a book on Nuisance laws (Neighbor law).

Make a sue your neighbor petition generator.

Just fill out the form. Put your neighbor's name. Select from the pull down menu a grievance (noise, plant overgrowth, poor law care) With one click a complaint is generated. Give instructions as to how your user can easily file the lawsuit which was created. :D

what are the traffic figures? It might be worthwhile to pop it on a PPC engine if they are strong and you dont want to develop it.
