What to do with T W U T T E R (dot) com?

I purchased T W U T T E R (dot) com a few months back. What are my options with a site like this?

I am not looking to monetize the site because that wouldn't be smart. It gets around 8k unique visits per month because of the typo traffic.

1-Do I list it for sale? If so, what type of price range?
2-Do I contact the large company with a similar domain name and let them know the site is for sale?
3-Could this potentially become a legal issue?

Seems like Twitter, I don't think that name good commercial enough. But it still good if you build for social media blog.

EDIT: you might also want to read these:

http://fusible.com/2011/11/twitter-wins-dispute-over-highly-trafficked-typo-domain-twiter-com/

The domain is, at least in my view, "confusingly similar". It's a single letter difference and the "i" and "u" are so close together on the keyboard.

(There's a big difference between a free-speech *sucks.com type site - for example - and trying to profiteer on someone else's TM.)

It seems like you want to capitalise on the name twitter, so I think you would have a hard time arguing your case.

1-Do I list it for sale? If so, what type of price range?

Seems like bad faith. It would go against you if Twitter decided they want it.

2-Do I contact the large company with a similar domain name and let them know the site is for sale?

See above.

3-Could this potentially become a legal issue?

It could do, if (when?) it ends up on Twitter's "radar".

Good luck with whatever you do.

This domain age is registered in 2006 and its domain authority is 17 because of it, it does not seem authentic much as it should be. in my view you will not get much money by selling it. More over what you want to know?

Now with the twiter.com win under its belt, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the company file disputes against other typo domains such as twutter.com, which uses the same type of redirect to a scam survey site as twiter.com has used.

so this domain name is double-dangerous (twutter + scam survey site).
