What to do with "niche" domains...?

I got the following "niche" domains (long story) and I'm completely new to the domain game. I figure they would be good for people in the Internet Marketing niche.

Any ideas how to sell or monetize them?

It depends what you want to do. From a reseller standpoint, most of those domains aren't worth much on their own. You could just develop all of them into similar mini-sites, sell them all in bulk just to cut your losses, or just sit on them and keep trying to sell them individually (most would just fetch reg fee).

niche are for end users mostly development of content is the way to go and sell them complete with turnkey site script, content and membership.

The only guy, you could follow this list for each domain:

1- install a wordpress basic theme and plugins like all-in-one-seo
2- put some posts about web niches (5 to 10)
3- link each other domains and posts
4- submit to some free directories
5- submit to social bookmarketing sites
6- have a person (maybe your little brother) to post once in a week
7- put up some ad program (maybe kontera or adsense)
8- wait 6 months (the time to they come out of the sand box and gain some pr)
9- sell them

Great basic advice for anyone, but this is a tough list. NovelNiche is the only one that makes sense as you read it, really - that could be a blog about fiction broken down by niche (romance, mystery, etc.)

just because own a domain name doesnt mean you have to develop it, you might want to clean house and just dump them. can sell them as a package on ebay, but you probally wont get much. you can put then on sedo.com for sale for free, but you might not get any offers before the regestration runs out. please dont renew them lol
