What to do for fast DNS update?

I clear cache, but I still see the same thing for a long time, blank or error page.
Hoping my isp is very bad. An online screenshot site saw the same error page, but
not for a long time.

Still not resolving on firefox after 12 hours (and computer restarted). I may try some of you suggestions (hope they are reversible changes).

EDIT: Firefox part was about disabled javascript.
I think sites should load without JS, even if not in full functionality, so visitors can decide to enable js if they choose to do so, instead of assuming there is no site.
