What time do names drop?

What time do .coms and .nets drop at? Do they drop seven days a week? Also, anyone had any experience with domain retriever in terms of getting the newest dropped lists? What time should I pull lists from there?

They DO drop seven (7) days a week, based on that mentioned schedule ... though I am unsure as to the .ORG's now that they're pretty much all officially administered through their new central registry (PIR.ORG).
