also, i wonder what is certificate service ? why do seller pay for this service fee?

Hi there, it may not be the case but I got a scam email the other day where someone offered a high amount to buy one of my domains. When I accepted he asked that I provide a certificate and linked me to a service. When I looked it up, it's quite a common scam where they make you pay for the certificate then you never hear from them again.

Yeah, that sounds like the common scams that go around. Never reply to an offer where they want you to pay a fee for a service. Honestly, I see little value in it undeveloped, so just keep going with that direction.
