If I hate when computers freeze should I get
Intel® Pentium® M 730 1.6GHz 2MB L2 Cache 533MHz FSB with 512MB Dual Channel DDR2 SO-DIMM at 533MHz - 2 x 256MB
OR
Intel® Celeron® M 370 1.5GHz 1MB L2 Cache 400MHZ FSB

Umm...you should get both. And donate one to me! Since my kitten mistook my laptop keyboard for his litterbox and pee'd all over it. I could use a new comp. lol. Never ever in my life thought I'd want to harm a little kitten....until then. But I didn't. Placed him in his litterbox and made him think about his $1800 mistake.
I would say freezing will have less to do with the 2 rigs your looking at and more to do with the software you put in them.
Either way is a decent choice....unless you really want to make life easy and get a mac
The Pentium M is a much better choice than the Celeron M. Personally, I feel the Pentium M is a bit slow if you want to keep up to date with the latest technology.
Your processor has nothing to do with your computer freezing. Like franchise said, it's the software you put on your computer. Many times users will blame their computer parts when their computer freezes when it is software.
If those don't turn up any results, PM me with what programs you have installed on your computer and I'll let you know if any of them could be causing problems.
Dude, you're getting a Dell!
Not only is it in my backyard, but for the bucks, you can't find a better deal.
(Other than the $50 computer deal from bestbuy that was on slickdeals.net YESTERDAY)

Go with the Pentium ... Go with a Dell.. I'm on my Dell laptop now, I've had it for a few years and it's the best.
I also have a Dell desktop ... never had any issues.
Personally Id get neither, chances are its the software on your pc or the pc itself is overheating, both easily fixable problems and you could save yourself some money!
