What should I do?

I registered a domain in 2006 and in 2007 it asked for me to renew the registration and so I did. proof is with my bank and with paypal. also have confirmation # after payment was sent.

well anyways this was in february of this year that I renewed it and it should have been renewed. I found out that something went wrong with their side and it didnt renew the registration and now someone else owns my domain that was supposed to be mine. I was the original owner and I paid for renewal but it wasn't renewed. what should I do?


they are working on my issue, I don't want my money back. I want the domains that I registered almost 2 years ago now. any info would be appreciated.

Nothing you can do if someone else has it registered now.

Yes, their fault, but someone has already, successfully regged it, they can't take it away from that individual.

Most registrars have terms within their TOS that limit their liability in these cases. Most you can hope for is your registration fee refunded. It sucks, but it happens. In the future, try to work with the most credible registrars out there, and always check your domain via Whois to make sure it has been renewed (before the expiration date).
