What should I develop on gta0.com

i bought the name to find out it doesnt have much value unless i develop it, i already have a hoster, but i need a theme or topic or what i should based it on, and i also need opinions on programs i should use to run it whether its joomla or blogging software, please share your opinions i realy need help.

add back stories of the other games, all the trailers of the new one, rumours, updates etc.
