ppctalk.com should I develop?

I have www.ppctalk.com Since that is one of my main areas of focus I have an interest in a forum like this. PPCforum is a pda site. I have not had good offers for the name. PPCforum and the like don't have good overture results but most wm sites have a section for them.

I have installed a nice looking forum, but can't decide if I should try to develop it or try to sell it.

Thoughts?
