What Price Will Sex.com - Sell For @ Auction?

Ok guys everyone is talking about Sex.com after Elliot broke the news yesterday - Sex.com For Sale in Foreclosure Auction | Elliot's Blog

So what do you think the domain will close for when it goes up for auction?

My Guess is $18,000,000 - Eighteen Million USD

I know people might say they couldnt make it work @ $14million but I think this will end up with lots of coverage and someone like Adult Friend Finder or other will purchase and pay top dollar.

Sex.com - Will become a paid for site, it wont remain parked or a free tube site...

These are my thoughts, What are yours?

Let me know what you think the Price will be at auction, who might buy it and what will happen with it?

Porn industry is very"hard" to put a dollar value on. So many free tube sites out there that paying for porn is virtually non existant. I cant see this going higher than $7m as the past earnings recently, show that it has not been a very good investment for the buyers.In the beginning of the net yes, but not now

Porn is too easily obtained for free these days. Who'd pay to access a porn site when you can go to XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX (I'll leave the names outta this thread for obvious reasons) and see 20-60 minute clips for free? The porn industry is harder these days to get any $$$ from. BUT can you think of the vanity one would have with sex.com? And what I said is true BUT if AdultFriendFinder, CyberErotica etc still make enough profit to make their endeavor worth running, that says something. I'm thinking the $16-22mil range is possible.

Between $5 million and $9 million sounds about right to me, wondering if the sellers in this case would be willing to finance the purchase but it sounds like they will only be taking cash?
