Clearly I did not register "Stunning".
I reg'd, and posted, Stun.ing -which is a one word hack and a brand.

Hacks makes sense eg. stunn.ing when one combines the extension with the dn. But even that's a crappy hack. Brandable terms can be tough enough full-worded let alone separated by the dot to realize them..

But there one letter "n" instead of two so this is not hack.

Personal, and/or 'industry', domainer definitions aside, for startups -and the English speaking marketplace in general...

Stun.ing is a hack of the word Stunning.
And, as the dot+ing cuts the word+ext. in half its a stunning domain brand.

The notion that one would need to duplicate both double letters in a word for it to be a hack / brand is what does not make sense in the shorter is better, more brandable and valuable, domain marketplace.

"Stunn.ing" also does not make sense from a keyword perspective as "Stunn" is not a word without the ing, but "Stun" is. So just add the .ing.

Your hack rules are not written in stone. And they do not equally apply to all extensions, like .ing -that completes many words
