What makes a domain good?

if i were to start an appraisal business i would like to send the person an email back on how their domaion appraised.

So, I would like a bunch of catagories that I can rank on a 1-10 scale. I would like to have atleast ten catagories. So far this is what I have, if you disagree with one catagory please tell me!

Shorter the better (most of the time) .com is king anything else is alternative/left over no matter how you look at it.

Shorther the better (agree with .edu), .com is no1 so far (agree with .edu again), better not use dashes and numbers (agree with plugged) and must have this something in it (like when you are in love :D )

A domain with traffic is always worth something.

traffic and developed are to good ones, a non-developed domain can get traffic as well, something like a typo. So now the list is:

that's the only good one, in fact.

You might also want to check if the name is an "international characters" domain. If it is, it is worth a lot less.
