advice What is your stack for outreach?

I wouldn't say im the best at outreach and i've been wondering which sites some of you use for outreach after prodding around (asking claude) i've got this list but i'd like to hear what the rest of you use:

Yelp
Better Business Bureau
Yellow Pages / Manta
Bark.com

I’m Sid, an engineer at Namefi. I’m building Namefi Outbound, an AI tool that helps domain sellers research likely buyers and prepare outreach.

I’d split the stack into three parts:

• Finding companies through Google, Maps, LinkedIn and relevant industry directories
• Qualifying whether each company has a real reason to want the domain
• Finding the owner, founder or relevant marketing contact

Clutch, Yelp and BBB can be useful for local or service domains, but they produce a lot of loose matches. I’d first define the exact use case for the domain, then look for companies using the keyword, operating on a weaker domain, launching something relevant or actively advertising in that category.

That research and filtering is what we are working on at Namefi Outbound. It researches possible buyers and prepares an editable message, but leaves sending under the seller’s control.

Which part of your current process takes the most time: finding companies, judging whether they are a real fit or finding the right contact?
