Their site doesn't work right. I can't log in because it wants me to complete a captcha but no captcha shows up...no response to numberous support requests. have they given up?

Not to mention their latest update shows mostly blank results.

I don't know, I get the same. I reached out to them the other day, was suggested to clear my cache, did that and still no captcha. Told them that today. Waiting to hear from them.
