please help me, about best tools to check fake pagerank

for example, domain name is "732U.com" that is not mine
with checkpagerank.net this domain is forget.
with diagnosticoweb.com this domain is fake
with google search engine, I am write "info:732U.com", the domain is not found in google

any sugestion?

I use that site myself -- works well.

I would be careful about buying a terrible domain just because it has PageRank -- there's no guarantee that the PR will last.
