What is the best CMS on the market?

Hi, I received a question from a customer about what CMS he should choose for his business. Now I am curious what you think is the best CMS on the market today, and why do you think this?

yeah as already stated it depends on yur needs, however I do have experience with phpnuke and it seems it is riddled with security bugs which are not always updated when they are found in a timely fashion. Although I am sure other CMS's will have similar problems occassionally

it's not even a contest once you try E107. It is so far beyond the rest, they seem pedantic in comparison.

I've just set up IRAQBUSH.COM using Geeklog and it was very simple. I took a look at opensourcecms.com and decided that Geeklog had exactly what I needed without any of the complicated frills that some of the others had. I also liked the simple templates.
