What is it with Pool.com

HI All

I have over the last few weeks missed out on domain names via Pool, I put a back order on some of the names I wanted, that looked like they had good traffic stats, and then when they dropped and I think pool got them I was not sent an email saying that I could bid on the domains in the Pool auction,

Has anyone else had this problem, or is it just that Pool did not get the names and some other drop system got them instead,

I've never had that problem, I always get an email. You should just check the AUCTIONS section after the name drops to see or check your email address there...
