Their are a lot domain niches out there wide open for development and flipping.
So in this thread I just want your opinion of the best domain niche out there is generating high price tags ,good for seo andd brandable. and also has not been completely taken over like the LLL.com, LLLL.com,nnn.com. because I am investor who has completely missed the boats for all the domains that doesnt exist anymore so tell me the hottest niche out there that will hopefully not die out.

I agree. You can pick up good expired niche domains for reg fee basically on various sites, that have most extensions under them taken.

to me hands down in my opinion so far I would say dictionary hyphenated word niche. these words although lack type in traffic have same benefits as their single word counterparts in the seo field and so they are great site maker and great redirects for already existing sites and a lot of people are still out there hesitant about buying into these domains but even if they loose their value on the open market to me they make great domains for getting into google and seo and also brandablity.that is my opinion but I will like to still hear everyone else thoughts of the matter
