What is good ROI/year for mine-sites?

BTW I have no high trafic names -- most under 50 uniques/day with some well under.
Unless I really like a name or am seeing decent growth I have been holding on to those returning 15 times or more reg fee per year. Been looking at a few which are close and not sure what to do with them.

Anyone out there that looks at it this way? None of these are parked but 1 to 50 or more page sites. At current growth rates I have one on target to pay 50 or more times.

Yes ,Great thinking, I do same .
As long as the Names Income covers Hosting,development and Reg-fee/Renewal cost then I keep it.
Unless I have a reason to sell. ,I.e. A good offer.
