What is going on?!?!?

When I typed in a domain I was interested in buying, it opened the following NameJet page. I checked out the whois and the name was just renewed in April by the owner. Why is this going to a NameJet URL? Is the seller trying to sell the name through NameJet or is something else going on? What gives?

Btw, I REALLY want this domain something awful!

I think the owner was forwarding the domain to NameJet in the hopes of selling it at auction, but changed his mind since there was only one bid.
