What is .com strongest selling point for end user than other TLD??

I found a website that using .net version of my .com domain. And i want to offering my domain .com to them via email. I think they are a software and game company.

What should i say to convince them that the .com version is better and make them buy my domain?

I think the domain name is just an acronym and not the company name. So, maybe there is no copyright violation.

No need to pitch it park it. All depends how good it is both could be poor names but business might be better no domain to offer advice.

Hi @adaaja98 .. I'm just a little concerned that the fact you're calling a trademark issue a "copyright" means that you really don't know .. and you definitely should be sure before outbound approaching a potential buyer potentially using the same term as a trademark.

It's impossible for anybody to guess if it's going to be a potential trademark problem without knowing the exact specific domain (even then sometimes it's not straight forward). At the same time it's probably not the best idea to post the domain publicly in the forums.

I highly suggest you do a lot of research into Trademarks and UDRPs before doing ANYTHING, including talking to anybody.

Good luck with it! :)

I already parked it, but the traffic is low and no click on ads.

If you have a trademark issue delete it but don't just leave it.

True...don't just leave it...if you are not sure about trademark issues, take it away from paid landing. You do not want to have a record or earnings...just point it to a plain lander like epik or dan offers until you figure things out.
