What Is 'Amphibian Software'?

One or two years ago I was browsing through the softwares installed on the school computer and I noticed something called 'Amphibian'. It was on the desktop. The teacher started the lesson so I didn't have time to actually check it out.

Has anyone heard of Amphibian? I don't exactly know what kind of program it is but I'm guessing it's got something to do with design & development.

I've tried Google searching for it but in vain. I saw something like 'Amphibian' on a Rubyforge.org but I am not familiar with the file format so I don't know how to use it or install it.

If anyone knows exactly what this software is about and if it's a design and development software, please let me know, thanks.

Never heard of this program, but had a look on rubyforge and the Amphibian software on there is an "Apache Balancer Manager utility". I'm assuming its a load balancing app for apache...
