I mean you can have forums or blogs thatcan interest people but what kind of content could get you a nice stream of traffic with little effort?

can't agree more, for the site to work, you have to be interested in the topic so you can show passion for what you are working for/with

yes I agree with you, I would like to make a site in which I could talk with people about their dreams or a travel forum or a music forum or smth like that.
