What have I done wrong already?

I keep finding that my posts are being removed.

Is it cos I asked for a few appraisals in one post....What do you think of these?...Also is there a way to upgrade...cos I'm not even allowed to contact the Moderator..

So far Ive wasted quite a lot of time on this site....What am I doing wrong?
