What happens to deadbeat buyers on Sedo?

I've got 2 names that are "sold" on Sedo to 2 different buyers but it's been already a month & Sedo's sent them 3 reminders to pay up but nothing has happened. This is my 1st experience with deadbeat buyers @ Sedo :td:

In this instance, what actually happens? Does Sedo ban their ass & any domains they have listed with them?

After Sedo feels the sale won't go through they will cancel the transaction and give the seller the details of the buyer so that the seller can take legal actions. Strictly nothing happens for low price sales as the seller won't go through the costly legal route.

Does Sedo also cancel their account & ban them from Sedo? One of the buyers has been with Sedo for a few years & has a decent Sedo rating, the other didn't have much of a rating. I'm hoping both of them get banned.

Generally they don't ban them but once you get the failed buyers details, insist on it, post them in as many places as you can.

A certain amount of satisfaction and generally they will get indexed and show up as untrustworthy dead beats when searched.

I'm sorry to hear that your sales might have fallen through, unfortunately, in this industry, dead-beat buyers is part of the game, there are new people coming into this industry daily (just check out the amount of newbs who are asking for domain appraisals here at NP)!.

BAN and CLOSE their account is what SEDO does if buyers dont pay up!!

give them a bad rating.. and focus your energies elsewhere.
don't sweat the small stuff.
