question What happens if I sell a trademarked domain name?

Let’s pretend I own and sell appleiphone.com on Sedo. Would you in my place try to sell it as soon as possible, because of the fear receiving trademark infringement letter of Apple’s lawyers or keep it on sale as long as possible for a better price? What about domains, which contain the trademark only such as buyiphone.com or iphonecase.com?

It's better not to acquire any such domain names, as once a domain name dispute proceedings name you as owning a strong Trademark and the domain name is transferred away. In any future proceedings even that involves a weak Trademark, a presumption of Bad Faith could be drawn.
