What Forum Software do you use?

I am just asking everyone right now, because I am thinking of what I should get... I am thinking about VB but I don't know if I wanna pay $100/year for a license...

i am using phpbb and i have invasion board i found that two difficult to use so for my forums i am currently using phpbb.

for me there's two choice, for ease of management i choose IPB, for freebies, i use phpBB. now i'm using them both... :hehe:

In my opinion if your forum is not big enough , maybe you just use Phpbb.

If your forum is big community and got a lot of movement there, consider buy Vbulletin or IPB, coz phpBB is free one, so the security is not too secure enough

Im using all the major 3 at the moment:

IPB, vB and phpBB. Have to say i do prefer IPB over vB to be honest. But vB does have some great features!

I use PHPBB but if you are going to get a serious site and make money then I would get VBulletin. VBulletin is much better and if you make $ off of advertisements, donations, and registrations then go for VBulletin.

yeah i agree with bryan vbulltien is the best one as it has better templates to use and also phpbb does not allow you to do quick reply like on other forums so go for either vbulltien or invasion they are really good i have currently got a free invasion board of some company if someone wants the ip i will give to you its somewhere in my e-mail account. i also have a phpbb.
