What Domains do you go for

Ok I have read lots saying poker sites are good (is this just for ppc?) anyway what domain subjects do you look for, go for and is there a set rule that names, places, poker, internet or??? is always more sort after.

poker, business, computers, domain names....
Technology names pay well also.
Just not "public interest" domains or domains about silly topics.

If you develop websites for yourself, your interest is the first choice! If for sale, hotspot, like stock market!
