advice What does it mean when Whois has no registrant info?

Was looking at the whois for the .com of a .net domain I have and it shows the following.

Registrar URL: http://www.gomontenegrodomains.com
Registrant Name: ******** ********
Registrant Organization:
Name Server: NS11.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS12.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
DNSSEC: unsigned

When I go to the URL it shows a parked godaddy page and on godaddy it shows as unavailable.

Any advice to a newbie on what's going on this this one?

Also the .net is due to hit my account on the 22nd so still has the original whois info.

This is due to new Godaddy policy regarding masked Whois data.

You'll need to go to the GoDaddy website to get the full contact information.
