Arrrgh. Those things just look so beginner-ish. Neat technology, but pathetic attempt at communicating in my opinion. When I see a site with this, I just shake my head and wonder 'what are they thinking'. On the other hand, they claim it increases sales. If true, who can argue with that?

I don't think sitepal can increase sales. Two years ago I considered it for my disc jockey service website and showed it to a few 'non-webmasters' and they thought it was as annoying as music is on a website. I personally think it just stupid to pay for something like that anyway. You think someone talking to the visitor will sell, get a mic and do it yourself

I agree gene it is cool tech and i thought it looked amaturish but they show some of there clients and coca cola,mcafee as well as many other large companies use it.Ah i dont no.
