advice What do you look for when searching on ExpiredDomains.net?

I am really curious about this. From what I have observed so far domains with the following characteristics get registered almost instantly:

1. High Alexa rank
2. High no. of referring domains i.e. variation in backlinks
3. High domain authority
4. Brandable and single word domains

But are there other qualities or completely different ones from what I have listed above when you go domain hunting on expireddomains.net?

Thanks for letting me know this April. I usually set a filter of 15 TF to catch some quality domains.

I check the fake data before buying anything and look for the inconsistencies if buying for traffic or just stick to keywords i like.
