Any tips on how to pick a traffic domain for parcking

hey guys , I need tips to pick good domains with traffic , from GD expired or closeouts , and then want to park it for example
what to consider when searching ? the "traffic" metric on GD really accurate ?
the backlinks on ExpiredDomains.net ?

any tips and thoughts

godaddy traffic stats are not accurate.
if you want a good traffic name, you will have to pay for it.
you won't find anything park worthy in the $5 closeouts.

I can only think of using Alexa.com and SimilarWeb.com to check for traffic stats. Any other ways?
